Car is former New York State Trooper car, used on the New York State Thruway.   Police use was mostly highway miles.   New York State Blue Metallic paint is a factory paint job, and was not available in 1994 to the general public.

Car has rust spots over front grill and on front fenders.   Rust hole on rear passenger-side 1/4 behind wheel.   Vehicle light-bar and antenna holes are rubber-plugged.   Minor dings as a 15 year old car would have.   The interior is in good repair with typical steering wheel dye wear.   Clean title.   Have copy of all work / maintenance records since aug 1999 and will include them with purchase.  Includes original owners manual.

During my ownership I maintained the Caprice look 100% where all others I knew changed things to enhance the exterior to clone an Impala SS.   Car never in an accident during the time I owned it aside from minor dents and dings.

Vehicle is not registered or road legal so it will have to be towed.

I have decided that this car probably needs more work than it's worth to bring it back to an acceptable driving standard. The vehicle will need a transmission, engine work, brake work, front end work, and the dash issue addressed at some time. The interior is in very good shape, there is a new windshield, new fan, the rear end gears have only 10,000 miles, both rear axle shafts and bearings have been replaced at that time, the spotlights both work, rear 6J6 brake lights, power seat, new motor for the driver power window, all windows work, locks good, body is ok with rust in spots, rubber floor, full size spare, tires with not too many miles on them (although has been sitting for a while), extra set of rims/tires, silicone hoses, reprogrammed PCM, and more.

I think this would make an excellent parts car for someone. it is a NY blue trooper car.  Will accept $1295 or BEST OFFER.  Must sell ASAP.
