Directions to Dyno Day:

Coming from I-90 (Syracuse/Buffalo) or from I-87 (New York City):

Take New York State Thruway to exit 24. (Exit is on left side of highway if you're going east, right side if you're going north). Pay toll. Immediately after toll booth on right side, exit 1N "I-87 / Montreal, Albany Airport, Lake George, Saratoga". (Exit is a fly over ramp. merges back to I-87). Go about 6 miles north to Exit 7 "Troy, Renssalear". Make sure you're in the right lane!!! Go around the exit ramp curve, and stay in your lane. You will immediately need to exit again. This will be the exit for Route 9 Latham. Make a right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp (to go north). Drive about 1000 feet and make a right at the light. There is Latham Ford on one corner, an Eckerd on another corner. This road is Columbia St (Route 9R). Follow this for about one mile.

Coming from I-90 (Albany/Boston/Berkshires):

Take I-90 West towards Buffalo/Berkshire Spur to I-87N. Then proceed with directions listed above (starting at exit 24).

Take I-90 West to the city of Albany over Hudson River to exit 7N (for I-787 northbound - TROY). Follow I-787 to exit 9W (for Route 7 WEST "Saratoga Springs / Schenectady"). Follow Route 7 west up the hill. Take second exit (first one is for I-87 North, second one is for Route 9). At light off exit ramp, go STRAIGHT. This is Columbia St (Route 9R).

Coming From I-87 (The northway):

Take I-87 south to exit 7, "Troy / Bennington / Renssalear". Go around loop which takes you up and over the northway that you were just on. Immediately vere to the right once you go over the bridge. Tactful driving may be needed if traffic is heavy ;). From right, get off exit for Route 9 Latham. At light make right (to go north), proceed about 1000 feet to light, make right. This is Columbia St. (Route 9R). Proceed about one mile.

Coming from Southern Vermont (Rte 7):

Follow Route 7 west up the hill past Troy. Take second exit (first one is for I-87 North, second one is for Route 9). At light off exit ramp, go STRAIGHT. This is Columbia St (Route 9R).
